Match report After winning the toss (surprisingly) the Heronettes decided to bat first. Melanie Leach scored a quick 58 consisting of three sixes and was well supported by Kerri Flanagan with 24 to put on a total of 196 runs for 7 in 30 overs.

The Heronettes started the fielding well and soon Ickenham Ladies were 43-4 in the 9th over. 2 wickets from Alicia Titre and catches from Saba Nasim and Hannah Newman, a run out from Polly Sprenger and a wicket from the skip Anjali and not forgetting a great stumping by Sadie Lucas (after many such tries!) all ensured that Ickenham were restricted to just 163 runs for 6 in 30 overs.

An excellent result, which makes it a third win in a row for the Heronettes!
